How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to UK mainland is FREE for all of our products.

How long does delivery take?
The majority or orders are fulfilled from stock therefore most items will arrive to a UK mainland address within the specified lead time stated on the product page when ordered before 1pm. Items that are not held in stock and also bespoke items will state an approximate delivery timeframe in the item description. Orders outside of UK mainland will vary depending on location.  

Lead times explained?
Lead times stated on our website are approximations, if an item is needed urgently please contact us before placing an order. Lead times are based on orders placed before 1pm that day.

What is the cut off for next day delivery?
Orders for stocked items received before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched same day and will arrive to UK mainland addresses the next working day.

Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes! If your order is very urgent we can arrange for same day delivery for UK mainland addresses. Please contact us for a quotation.

Does my delivery need to be signed-for?
Yes, you will need to sign for your delivery. On the Checkout page there is a box where you can give additional delivery instructions - for example you can instruct the driver to leave your delivery with a neighbour.

How much does it cost to ship outside of the UK mainland?
Delivery costs outside the UK mainland depend on the location and the weight of the consignment. Please contact us for an accurate shipping quotation if ordering outside of UK mainland.

• Republic of Ireland - All Areas

• Scottish Highlands/Islands:

• PA20-78, PH18-50, HS1-9, KA27-28, ZE1-3

• All other areas outside of UK mainland
